Why Join

Active adults looking to strengthen their cores, reduce back pain, improve mobility and flexibility so that you feel great the next day when you are ready to head out to do your favourite activities. Golfers, runners, cyclists, desk sitters, hockey players, dancers, hikers this is for you. If you are anything like me, I've always love my cardio and strength training. Stretching and mobility work was always done haphazardly. I learned the hard way (injuries cause by overuse and tightness), that I needed to do something so that I could keep doing the activities that I love most.

Pilates was one of the somethings that I needed. It can help you too.
