LEARN THE PILATES BASICS You get one new pilates mat class each week for 5 weeks (with a bonus class on week 3). Pilates might seem overwhelming if you were taking a class and they are just calling out the names of the exercises. Each class introduces you to another group of pilates exercises, while reviewing the ones we covered in the previous class. In addition to these classes there are tutorials of each of the beginner mat exercises that we cover in the classes. If you are wanting to zero in on how to do one exercise particular, these tutorials will help. I recommend practicing each class a mininmum of 3 times during the week in order to prepare yourself for the next class.
